My wife is now a canadian citizen & has lived in Canada for the last 8 yrs. For k3 visa I know she would need a Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from Canada.

She has lived in Mumbai upto age 23, and does not reside in mumbai anymore nor does she have an Indian Passport, So does she need PCC from Mumbai and Is it possible to get one?

Will the mumbai police give her parents the PCC if requested or does she need to go to the Police office in Mumbai?

I think they would, you can do one thing is go to the Indian Consulate in Canada, I am sure they issue these certificates
