Did somebody knows what is going on with Vermont center,people who applied after me they got NOA2 and the people from august and september still waiting.somebody know answer

We filed our I-130 in Oct 2007 and filed I-129F Jan because we had got caught in backlog so im still waiting on K3 Approval.
I have seen others that filed after me that got approved i guess it depends on whose desk it's sitting on ...who knows???
I agree it seems so unfair but thats the way USCIS seem to work.
My hubby called Vermont Service Centre last week and was told we should look to be adjudicated by april / may so we have to wait more....
I just keep thinking im gonna make the most of the time i have here with my family cause once im over in Florida i wont see them a lot.
It's the only thing that keeps me sane is just knowing another day has passed and its a day closer to being with my husband

hi guyes...i called up VSC usin RFE line.. and i filed in OCT 07 also.. and officer told me to wait another moonth for my approval.. she said they r workin on AUG 19 07 currently.. and i dont know why ppl who applied after us are gettin approved. ... but i gues officially they r on aug 19 and other filers jus got luky with their file walkin to the officer prob... who knows.. im gona wait a month like she said and then see what can be done..
i also asked about why i129f was not being aproved at VSC.. she did nto answert that.. she said offcier will let u know which file will be adjudicated... so hang in there
