Aaaaahhhhhh! I can't believe it.
I logged in this morning and it shows as PAID and I AM ABLE TO PRINT THE DS-230 COVERSHEET!!!
I'm so glad this worked - I'm going to finalize everything today (I thought it would take 2-3 days) and get it in the mail by tomorrow.
Good luck to everyone!!
Hi Justwaiting, could you help me out with this - how could I get my DS-230 coversheet online? ( was it Jame's Shortcut? I couldn't paste my barcode on my DS-230 coversheet using jame's shortcut...

) and also I wonder where to check the case status such as checking out the bills paid or not like you do... is it the same website and case number we used to check our case status when it was in USCIS after NOA1? Thanks so much for the helping...
Ling
Hi Ling, justwaiting is able to print the coversheet after the payment for the IV bill as been processed. First you have to obtain your IIN number (Individual Invoice Number) from one of the NVC operators. Have your case number, your birthday and your spouse's birthday ready for confirmation. ONce you obtain the IIN number you go to this website :
NVC Online Payment Website and you can then log on with you as the petitioner (if that's who you are), your NVC case number and your IIN number. There, you are able to view the AOS (I-864 Bill) and the IV Bill. Your IV bill won't be available until you have either emailed in your choice of agent for the DS-3032 form, or physically send the paper in to the NVC. After your choice of agent is approved, then you can pay the IV bill once it's processed in the system. After a couple days, you will see the status as "PAID" and at that time you can print the coversheet for the DS-230. All this is actually more pratical that James's shortcuts. James's shortcuts let you know to gather all your information in advanced, but with these online payments, everything moves just as fast.
Hope that helps.
