We are having the exact same problem. My husbands name is not on his daughters new birth certificate and we have been trying for months to get it. My MIL has been to the registrars office several times and finally the JP told her to have my husband call and speak with him and he would put it on there. So he called and spoke to him and everthing sounded ok and my MIL would receive the new bc in 3 days (we paid for express shipping).....well that was 3 weeks ago and still nothing...rrrrrrrrr!! I feel your pain...

I know, but you will get through this. Removing conditions should be relatively painless if you have all your documentation in order - the only thing that was hard for us was the 11 month wait.

Oh, I'm ready. And, I am the most orderly person I know. It's almost pretty the way I have it all organized. It's just my nature to be overly anal and overly nervous.

I just got work today a Yardie who filed in January got a card production ordered e-mail. I forget who Mindy said now. Came out of CSC. Mindy is right behind.

I have such high hopes for us now.

I'm oddly calm. Just waiting to mail in the packet.

It was Michael & Julie (Sbys) -- she filed March 15 in Nebraska -- got transferred to Cali a week later. We filed right behind them......

Dang.....March. I was thinking it was January.

You give me more and more hope every day.

FYI
I filed Damien's change of address online last week. You have to fill out an AR-11 online and if you have pending applications, you have to change your address for that as well. So that's two different forms online. Then the sponsor (me) has to fill out a I-865 change of address as well. This form has be to mailed in 30 days. We'll see how it goes...

We did move to the DC area and were there for almost 2 years. Now we're back in Alabama.

I just mailed off a I-130 for my stepson this past weekend. So I'm hoping that we don't run into any speed bumps along the way.

Why is it that I still cannot access our portfolio info online with USCIS? Message keeps saying invalid receipt number.

We're leaving next week for JA and my concern is that this may cause a delay if the officer needs to verify the validity of our NOA one year extension letter online

How is the process going for everyone? Any new developments? Nothing on this end. We had bios on June 24th and that was smooth and fine. Nothing new since. I am soooooo nervous about getting an interview again. I just want to be done with USCIS.

Is anyone going to pursue citizenship? Sorry if it was discussed elsewhere. We are most likely going to go that route...just to be done and not have to worry about anything further down the road.

Hey Jonesie - we have the same problem. We are going to call back tomorrow. Luckily, the officer didn't look at his letter only his passport with the stamp in it.

Nothing here yet. Not even a cashed check. It's been less then a week though. I'm not looking for anything yet.

I think Andre is going to pursue citizenship. Maybe as early as next year. That is one of our reasons too. I don't want to have to think about doing this paperwork every 10 years either. I often wonder if they send out a notice or something or if you just have to remember.

Where is yours? Only VSC and CSC are processing them now. Mindy's was transferred out of NSC to CSC. I mailed mine directly to CSC.

Mine was immediately transferred to CSC when I sent it to NSC.

It's not been too long. Hang in there. They seem to be doing it fairly quickly right now. CSC is definately the place to be.

That's good. I just want it to be over and done with. I am really worried about getting an interview or RFE. Plus it technically got there late. It was due on the 11th of May which was a Sunday so we sent it but it didn't get delivered til the 12th. Then it got rejected because we had an older form even though it wasn't expired. So our official date was the later in May. I have proof showing that we tried to get it there in time but we can't help they are closed Sat and Sun. So I am just stressing a bit. Want it to all be over and done with.

I don't think they are going to stress you about a few days. The mishaps all count toward the original date.

I think you would've heard of that RFE by now if you were going to.

It's all we seem to do, isn't it? You would think I would be more patient on everything in my life then.

I'm really not stressing this one. It's almost surreal how calm I am. I guess if you have enough other issues in your life, the USCIS just isn't a big deal anymore. Lucky me!
