I got my interview, however I am the benificiary and i have to leave my job, as I recently started but I cant cope with working and morning sickness. Will the embassy be unimpressed as im not working, and immigrating with no money? Or is it purely down to my spouse to be responsible.

They only look at the income of the petitioner.

The US embassy doesn't care about your financial status when you go to your interview since it's pretty much irrelevant.

No worry. In the Affidavit of support of the petitioner will show that he can take care of you financially.

It won't matter to the embassy if you are working or not. Congratulations on getting the interview date also!
