I just want to make sure I am using the right cover sheet from James' shortcuts. I know for AOS packet, the coversheet doesnt' really have much on it and its a separate page from what's sent to me from NVC.

But for DS-230, in James' shortcuts I found that coversheet that would be sent back to NVC is also the address page NVC sends me. Is that the correct sheet.

I found an old DS-230 coversheet in old instructions of James shortcuts which was exactly the same as AOS packet, only the form names were different.

So the correct coversheet for DS-230 is the one with NVC logo on top left?

The correct DS-230 coversheet is the one with the blue Statue of Liberty, you will find it in the Timesavers thread page 11, post # 151.

I have a UPC reader where i work so i made a few obvious finds
for those who want to do this and don't want problems.
I would advise using a newer printer and hi-speed paper, sort of coated, not your ordinary
recycled 20lb bond, because the small barcode next to name won't read if the bar is a little fuzzy.
Not a big issue, but it's nice to have everything perfect.

The problem is not paper, but the table border next to the bar code. The table border is overlapping the bar code. So, after pasting the bar code just move the right hand side border away from the bar code.

Sharif, your document still has issue with table cell alignment.

Does NVC care what envelope you send DS-230 docs? I know NVC sends an envelope with DS-230 packet and they want you to return everything to them in that envelope.

Since I will be using James' shortcuts so does it matter what envelope I send my stuff in?
