In reading Visa Journey I see some people have 2 timelines. One for a I-130 and one for a I-129. How can you file 2 petitions? And isn't I-130 for a spouse?

Look at the blue file folder looking tabs at the top of the page. "Visa FAQ" has a ton of information including the K3 process for married people.
