I was trying to reach USEM w/ this # 1-909-101-7878(im located in the Phil) since yesterday but its always a busy tone. Is there another way to reach them?

Another question, did u pay the Application Fee in BPI first or contact the Visa Information services to schedule your interview?

Hi there, I will call USEM tomorrow, and have my interview scheduled. I am hoping, praying, and wishing that I'll get through their line.

To your question, Yes I just paid my visa fee and document verification today and Delbros sent me a confirmation that they have received my payment, though I don't have a schedule yet, anyway visa payment is good for 1 year so you don't have to worry about paying it too early. But just today too I went to DHL to look for my letter from USEM and praise GOD its there so I am eligible to have my interview schedule already!

is your phone direct dial? if it is then you can do that...otherwise you will have to call 109 operator and ask them to connect you to that number...they already are very much aware of that number so no need to explain it....try calling at 8am when they open maybe the lines won't be too busy then...that's what i did and i got through in one shot...good luck girl!

Agree with foxyroxy, best to call at 8am.

First time we called it was 8am and the call went throught without problem.. when we called the second time for reschedule it was around 1pm and we had a hard time getting through bu we did get through after several tries.

Either call 109 or 108,just tell the operator that you'll be calling for USEM,they will just ask for your name and push through with the call.If you want to find out how much it will cost you,you can inform the operator before they connect you that you need the TIME and CHARGES

Thank you for all the response! My fiance called the USEM already thru USA. My interview date is on May 20. I hope i can meet other K1 filers also during the interview date.
