I've got AOS letter from NVC saying that i need to go to http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html and choose apropriate form, download and file. I have a concern which one to chose for my 3 year biological son.
My wife and son will emigrate at the same time. For my wife i do I-864. I am not sure what form i need to fill out for my son. I spoke with NVC operator and he said that i need I-864W for my child.
Is anybody collide with such problem? Please help. Thanks.

Is your son a US Citizen traveling on a US passport or does he need a visa?
He needs a visa. He was born in 2005 when i was LPR. Now i am USC.
