Is it possible for my parents, who have pending N-400 applications (already did the biometric), to live abroad until they're called for an interview?

Until they become citizens, they are still considered to be LPR, moving abroad with intent to "Live" abroad jeopardizes LPR status, which will then jeopardize the Naturalization process.
