This morning, I've checked our case status online using the USCIS website to see if they've already updated it and reflected that both our I-130 and I-129F were already approved sometime during the week of March 17. But to my surprise, our I-130 got another touched yesterday, April 13 blink.gif This is soooo peculiar! wacko.gif I just can't believe my eyes and it got me confused for a while. But anyhow, I hope they straighten things out because this online updates just doesn't make sense and instead of the applicant being well-informed of their real case status, what happens is that it becomes more complicated and perplex.

Anyhow, our online status for both I-130 and I-129 still has the infamous "case received and pending" status. So outdated ranting33va.gif

I am recently seeing a lot of people who seem to share your sentiments...

But don't stress out about that USCIS online status as long as you have the NOA2 hardcopy your good good.gif

Hope you will get your interview soonest.

Good luck Cass and may God be with you always.

Ohh yeah, USCIS web isnt reliable. We got our NOA2 sometime in Febuary and whenever I check our case status it still appears to be pending. I hope they can change their system or update their web from time to time.

If you think that's strange then ....read this :
I applied to remove the conditions on my Permanent Residency (I751) more then a year ago and two months ago I received my Green Card and a letter from my Senator that my case has been approved (three e-mails from USCIS also )
When I checked my status on line it shows that my case was transferred to the local office and is PENDING
HELLLLOOOOO.......I got the stupid card already ...what is still pending
Anybody speaks USCIS language?????

Wasn't aware of online case status when my wife and daughter first came here, hired a good immigration attorney, and wasn't the least bit concerned. Just got involved recently with no word from the USCIS on our I-751 status that is tantamount to getting a winning lottery ticket number.

Ha, will be nice to return to a normal life where as long as you pay your taxes, they will leave you alone. But expecting a tiny piece of paper from them seems to be too much.

And that a government of the people, by the people, for the people, seems to be asking for too much.
