(thousand) usd. please let me know and also how long around would it take if she has to come on the 130 file and how long would it take on the 129f. is it really worth all the trouble??? please help i have a long way to go and cant wait...

I would suggest reading the guides. and yes, AOS fee is $1010 in order for your spouse to adjust status.

With the CR-1, your spouse will have an immigrant visa, no need to adjust status, apply for work authorization, etc. The down side is the CR-1 takes a couple months longer than the K-3.

So if my husband has his interview May 15th for CR1...how long does it take?
Why does he have to wait longer?
I need some infor here pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
You mean he doesnt just get his visa there is some wait and for what?
He already has K3, can I cancel his interview for CR1 in his country and file again for him when he is here?

the longer wait deals with the time UNTIL the interview, you say you already have the interview so your already there, good luck
