Thanks so much for all the help for the past few months! We finally got our Visa today!

I have some question regarding EAD. Scenario is as follows:

My current company is willing to transfer my job over to US however, I know we do not necessarily get our EAD at our POE. EAD usually arrive on the average of 90 days after application along with the AOS after marriage.

Does it mean that I cannot work at all even though I do have a job waiting for me??? Anyone has the similar experiences and what are the options here??

Congratulation on your visa.... you can not work without EAD... if you enter through JFK you can get a temp EAD valid for 90 days.... if you have not recieved your 1 year EAD by the end of the 90 days you will have to stop work until you have got it...
