As i check the 129-F Form. In Part C. Other Information, I need some help and advice about this...

here it goes....

The petitioner has a a DUI case before and he undergo an anger management BUT he already passed it and its all clear now..

My question is, does he need to check the third box in Number 3 which says I committed, was arrested for, was convicted of, plead guilty to committing a crime that did not result in serious bodily injury and there was a connection between the crime committed and my having been battered or subjected to extreme cruelty.

Do he need to explain about this and put it in a separate sheet of paper, attach information relating to the convictions, such as crime involved, date of conviction and sentence.

Is DUI and attending anger management needs some explanation in this question?

please help...

P.S. I DONT NEED A CRITIC COMMENT... All i need is help...

I believe you will need to check the laws in your petitioner's state. In some state, DUIS is a crime. In some state, it is only a misdemeanor.

DUI relates to alchohol. That's addressed in Section C, 2. Unless there were three or more controlled substance related convictions from separate acts, he just checks no. C, 2 doesn't apply unless there was a conviction for some other listed crime.
