well when we checked our applications to our lawyer, they said the uscis misrouted our application... theres one who had the name similar to my fiancee.. they just found it out when our lawyer are inquiring them since until now we did not get our NOA 1( we actually filed last november) i was really sad when i found out the news of our application but then they said that they started it just this week.. now im looking for april filers from vermont service center so at least i can get a sympathy of those also waiting.. Hi there, wow, i'm sorry they lost your petition. If you got your NOA1 and they are clearly at fault then I would fight to have my case expidited for sure! Contact your representative and keep calling uscis.

There have been others in this situation so do a search and maybe you can find the best course of action at this point.
