I just mailed out the N400 application for my wife's citizenship. I just figured I'd start up a new topic as this latest (and hopefully the last) journey begins. I'm hoping by this time next year my wife will have her citizenship.

Since we live in WA, I mailed the application and the ridiculous application fee to the Nebraska Service Center. But I know that it eventually gets processed by the closest field office, which for us in in Seattle.

So if there's anyone else in this boat, let's stay in touch.

Lumpy... Also going through Seattle for my N-400... Looks like you got a big jump on me though because I haven't even been scheduled for biometrics yet...

Good Luck!

eliwide,
It almost seems like something is wrong with your timeline - maybe you didn't get the mail?

I started this topic, but most people who filed in April have been writing in another topic room titled April filers.

Hope you get your appt soon.

Despite some lengthy waits, I haven't run into any problems with the USCIS... It would just be my luck to hit a brick wall at the last step...

I started a topic below to see if anyone can help... Some of the things that the customer service officer told me just do not add up... They said that I wouldn't need biometrics while they had a set still valid on my records (I assume they mean from the I-751 application)... Although that obviously wasn't the case for you... If it works out that way... Do you think I can get a refund?!? jest.gif
