My fiancée payed the visa fee, but they validated a blank ds-157 instead of the complete one she brought. I am just double checking to make sure that its ok to submit the validated blank one with the 2 filled out ones.

Thanks.

Of course you have to submit the DS157 that was validated by the bank as proof of your payment...you're on the right track!

It's absolutely acceptable... Did she try to talk them into validating the filled out ones? Some banks will do it, but most won't.

Well you have two choices: 1. Attach the validated form to one of the two filled out forms and submit all three forms; 2. fill out the validated form and turn in the validated form with only one of the two filled out forms.

Either way works.
