My wife has been with me in the US for about 1 year now and she went back to pick up her daughter from the Philippines. She has been there for about 4 weeks and everything went very well as we now have her daughter's K2 Visa. We were wondering if her or her daughter need to attend a CFO seminar before they leave the Philippines like my wife did before she left the first tme as required with a K1 Visa. Basically, is the CFO seminar a requirement for K2 Visa holders?
Thank you in advance for your help!

All Filipinos age 13 and above are required to attend the CFO seminar and get their passport stamped before departure. Those 12 and younger are exempt.
