They told me my file is still in the shelf:-( what is this suppose to mean cause that lady didnt give me a clear answer....does anyone know?

I have never heard that before and i am guilty of calling a few times.......maybe it means that is waiting to be adjudicated?

If you can believe what you are told it means it is still in queue and has not been assigned to an adjudicator.

when was the last time that u noticed a touch? with ur time line they should be more than ready to give approval

I'm so sorry I hope they give you good news! I've heard many people say that they get completely wrong answers from the regular CSC line. Hopefully this is one of those cases...I think it's completely ridiculous that there are still August and September filers who haven't heard anything. You are in my prayers, I hope you hear good news soon.

that is just crazy because it has been long time and you have not had anything from them ...you do not have a lawyer or something ?maybe more helpfull to get info that way becuase it is just not right you have been waiting this longer ..

Might as well involve your Washington Rep. your over 6 months and according to their website your outside their processing date (barely).
