Hi guys, can you enlightened me regarding this one, when I go to SLEC for my medical appointment, should I just bring the emailed confirmation I got from the USEM Manila or I need to bring other documents, do you guys know what are those? Thank you so much for your valuable inputs guys.

if i remember mine correctly, passport, 2x2 pics (about 4 i think)... then i brought my whole packet 4 which is not needed coz they have their own ds-157 i think for you to fill and thats the only ds-form they're using... bring pen too and if you have x-ray that is 3 months old at least, you can bring that... otherwise, the above mentioned are enough or at least for me during my med (aside from your appointment letter). good luck and God bless!!!
