I am not sure yet of my port of entry yet, since my fiance haven't decided yet for my final flight schedule. but he wants to get the same flight schedule he did the late time he visited me which is a connecting flight, from japan to Minneapolis, that means:

1. Is my POE is in Minneapolis?

2. Is it the first state i'll be arriving with?

3. Or is it in NY - Buffalo or Jamestown where is the last airport i will be arriving?

Please I need to know this soon, and thank you so much for your concern and for sharing me your experiences and knowledge

Most likely your POE would be Minneapolis since it is an international hub.

1. St. Paul, Minneapolis will be your POE. It was my POE and it was a breeze. The immigration officers are really nice and they didn't keep me very long. It took only less than 10 minutes for me to be processed and I was good to go.

2. Minneapolis is in Minnesota so MN will be your first state, not NY. Like for myself, from Minneapolis, I took another flight to Springfiled, Missouri.

3. See answer on #2

Good luck on your trip... Have a safe flight!

Thank you Mae.... what are the questions they asked from you?

1. Who is your fiance/petitioner?
2. How long was your flight? (I guess he just wanted to know why I looked like a cat has dragged me blush.gif )
3. Where are you heading from here?

That's it, then I gave him the sealed envelope, he opened it and check things, he took the forms I filled out in the plane, gave me back half of one of the forms (Departure Record or the I-94), he took the passport and marked/stamped my visa, took a picture of me and fingerprint and he told me to make sure to get married within 90 days. That's it, he let me go.

You will be fine... They are really nice.
