Full Version: nvc case number help
Hi, my case was approved ( I - 130) on March 13, still no nvc case number. call uscis they say you have to wait 90 days, nvc say they do't have it. dont know what to do. any advice please help...

keep waiting and keep calling the nvc to see if they have assigned you a case number...they ARE VERY SLOW!!
It can take 2-7 weeks for the NVC to receive your case from the service center. Keep calling until you get it.

I know 2 people who are aLSO APPROVED ON MARCH 13 AND STILL DON'T HAVE nvc#
