So two weeks ago the Processing Times on the website (http://www.usembassy.org.uk/dhs/uscis/i130filing.html) jumped up to 7 January, but last week (2 April) it didn't move.....stayed on 7 January (do they have that many I-130s that were filed on 7 January? Likely, given the holidays....)

This week the dates haven't moved...no update since 2 April.....!!!!

As a 25 February filer, we are on pins and needles and don't see the date moving. Anyone know what is going on? As we all agree, the waiting is the worst part!

I know, what is going on? Our filing date is 29th january and thought 3 weeks ago we might be processing our application this week but it seems that 7th January was a popular day.....

Sometime in the summer months it can be stuck for several weeks. Karen who runs that section (if she is still there) only has a small staff and if they are not all there things slow down.

(When I was still working in the UK I had a lot of contact with the consular and legal sections of the Embassy through my job.)

They have now moved the date to the 1st February, which means that they muist be looking at ours now. Not too much further until we hear from them!!!

We are about three-four weeks off then!!! Pins and freaking needles!

And for the last two weeks and one day it has been stuck on early march and then yesterday BOOM April 1st so with a file date of April 4th i am delighted

Ughh...I was so happy to see it had moved to the 1st of April

They may not be updated on a regular basis. I wouldn't worry a whole lot...when I got notice that the application for the I-129F was approved the date was still stuck several weeks behind what it should have been.

They are definitely not updated in any patter it was being updated on fridays for a while then it was fortnightly and when it shifted from March 17 to April 1 that was done on a tuesday evening.
