On the bio information form you have to do a set of 4 for the USC and a set of 4 for the intended immigrant/spouse.
Q. I need to know if my spouse has to sign or is it asking for my signiture?
Thankyou in advance for your help.

If you're assembling the I-130, you might want to look ahead at the I-129F, because you're going to need the bios all over again. You can't sign and date them ahead of time, but you can have it filed out, photocopied, and ready to sign.

I had that exact same questions, the instructions are very misleading. I called the USCIS and they told me to sign them both. I thought it was weird, but I signed it, trusting that they wouldn't lead me astray.
Boy was that bad advice!
Yes, you sign your own, and yes, you have to have another one for the I-129F.
Good luck!

You sign and date your own G-325A (All 4 pages) and your spouse signs and dates his/her own G-325A (all 4 pages). If you are planning to file for K-3, then you should prepare another sets of G-325A (One set for you and one for your spouse) and again you sign and date your G-325A (All 4 pages) and your spouse signs and dates his/her G-325A (all 4 pages).
