ive been waiting for 8 days now and the rfe notice has not arrived. i wonder what can i do to follow up on this matter so i can submit my missing evidence ( since i got an email from NVC and since we called the NVC operator already- and found out whats missing on our petition).

Hey girl what??? RFE??? I waited about twelve days before the letter arrived. There is a page that needs to be returned with the info. YES you need to wait. Hope this won't delay you for long!! Best Wishes... j&J

Sorry to hear you got an RFE. One VJ member was successful at calling and having the RFE faxed to them. This is not the norm, but if you ask they may provide.
