I am in the process of filing n-400 and was just wondering what else should I send with my application. Is there any additional documents needs to be attached or just the n-400 application with the required fees. Thanks,

One more question, I am reading N-400 checklist and in 1 and 4 they have listed few things with or , that means i can just send one of those and be fine or is it something I am not understanding fully. Please help
