#32 Do you plan to work in the U.S.? if yes, name and complete address of employer... (how the heck do we know this, he needs his work visa from JFK first) Is it best to say NO ?

#18 Have you made specific travel arrangements? um... NO... we are waiting on VISA... if we say no, does that make it look like we are not serious???

The finace visa is a non-immigrant visa so some of the questions really don't apply, the consulate understands this.
