i called uscis today and you know what they said , that our case is still within the 30days so wait until next posting befor you follow up
and the good side of what i did I WAS TOUCH!!!! again finally after 1month but my I-29F sucks still hanging i don't know when it will be touch but whats the use of being touched if it's feels that they are not doing anything
I hope and pray God will help all of us who are in this situation.... Have a nice day to all..

If i can still count, I would say you were out of timeframe - and you could do the option of contacting political party in your area for assistance - This has worked for some members quite well and others have had no luck - just is a hit and miss situation but if you do go this route, and get a good congressional staffer, they can do wonders!

God Bless us all. I am an Aug '07 filer and both I130 and I129F were touched Sun Apr13th at CSC. I am so happy.

Was it touched because they looked it up when you called? If so it doesn't mean much of anything, unfortuantely.

I had called the previous friday. I also had my congress people call. I am praying we all get approvd soon. Hang in there I know how tough it is not to touch, hug, kiss your wife and children for 8 months.

I'm In the same boat as you. Our 129F and I130 both touched 4/13 and when I called they said call back at end of the month we still processing Sept petitions. The person who answered was in Indiana was as our case is in CSC.
