I followed the DS-3032 E-Mail form on the wiki and after waiting 7 days for them to get to the email they rejected it! It appears that you have to have not only the beneficiary's name and date of birth but also the
petitioner's name and
date of birth! Here's their reply to me:

That's odd. My husband didn't even put HIS date of birth and it was still accepted. I guess it depends on who is processing this stuff so it's best to include everything.

This could be something new they're doing. I noticed now after emailing it again that the Auto Response email has that "Privacy Policy" bit tagged onto the end of it. The first DS-3032 email we sent them didn't have that on the autoresponse. Perhaps in the time between when we sent it and the time they actually got around to checking it that the policy has changed? Who knows. Oh well, what's a week's delay when you had to wait 8 months for NOA2, right?

I can't verify if it's a new policy, but I did put in petitioner and beneficiary in the email and it got accepted yesterday after a week. So for future reference, it's a good idea to have those info before adding the usual details from JS's wiki (someone please edits it on Wiki's DS-3032 form).
Case Number =
Beneficiary's Name and DOB =
Petitioner's Name and DOB =

I updated the wiki information at :
http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Jame%27s_ShortcutI noticed that the old email template did not have all information NVC needs for DS-3032 as well as Date of Birth for beneficiary and petitioner. I modified e-mail template and made it easy to follow for NVC employees since it is similar to DS-3032.

I had a problem also. When I called the birth date I gave for myself, The USC did not match their records. So the IGNORANCE followed me from the CSC. I guess it will continue until the end. This is very F R U S T R A T I N G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, looks like NVC has some sort of new "automated" email response because I got the SAME email AFTER reading this post. I actually read this post today and was having my husband send email of DS3032 today also. I edited the NVC email to make sure it had both our DOB and he sent it and it generated that same email message.
He was confused, and asked me if he needed to do anything else, but after reading the email in relation to everything else, I can tell its an automated email. It asks you to submit additional documentation only if you are a lawyer or other agent (not petitioner or beneficiary) and to submit documentation if you are submitting an I-140.
From what I gather...this email is automated. NVC handles more than just I-130 cases and people email them at that address all the time for lots of inquiries....and this indeed seems to be a law/policy that they are just reminding people of.
So hopefully we will get an acceptance email within the week.

It was sent from the beneficiary's email. Had her send it again edited to include my DOB as well and I guess we'll know next Monday or so if it flies!

Yes it appears the auto response has changed. The auto response that was originally sent to us didn't have all that US Law stuff in it. A week passed and the NVC had responded to our request with a sorry but you're missing some of the required info and copy/pasted that stuff onto the end of it. Had their autoresponse reflected this the first time we sent the email we would have resent it right away realizing our omission. Oh well, at least this will help others in the future. The DS3032 email form on the Wiki looks good now! Good job all.

Hi
With the NVC i have been extra paranoid, i used pretty much the above format but included for both of us full name, DOB and even had my spouse cc the email to me.
the auto response was immediate and the acceptance was about 2 weeks later.

I would not suggest using this format any longer as the NVC is no longer considering it acceptable. The DS-3032 email form on the wiki should suffice as it includes the DOB of both the petitioner and beneficiary in addition to what you posted. I wish what you had was still sufficient as our DS3032 email would have been accepted and we could move on with the process but we'll have to sit it out for a week and hope they accept this one!

Can someone help to check how to write an email to NVC for my daughter( 16 years ) for DS-3032? Should I write and use her name and stating like the email is sent from her?
Or should I state my name and I am the legal guardian and act on behalf on her since she is 16 years? Thanks a lot!
Our case is still at USCIS just want prepare NVC process in advance.

I don't think it delayed me all too much. All in all, I think it ended up being about the same amount of time that it would have been waiting for them to send me the DS-3032 and sending it in express mail. I'm not all that upset about it.
I emailed them on the 2nd of April, they rejected it on the 7th late at night. Resent it first thing on the 8th and they accepted it on the 11th, so it delayed me a whole 3 to 4 days. If you call them, they'll tell you what date emails they're getting around to at the moment and that should give you an idea about how much longer it'll be before they accept your email DS-3032. If it's anything like it was when I called about my DS-3032, they're getting to the emails about one day quicker than they're getting to their postal mail. One was delayed by 6 days and the other by 7!

ok...so i called again and complained again cause I am so bummed since all the info they wanted was there to begin with. I told the lady what happen and she was very nice and told me that all reps picks an email and answers it...so she said that since the info that is required now wasn't "readibly available" in the beginning of the email the rep who got my email probably didn't bother to read the entire email and see that it was indeed there and just decided to reject it...how unfair is that...

...she did apologies and said sorry that this happened to you...yada yada yada...but told me to resend it again...she said that it will not delay my case...yada yada yada...

yeah whatever...I'm so upset...its probably no big deal but having to deal with this after being with USCIS for almost 6mos is really aggravating the crap out of me...Sorry but I really need to vent...this process really puts a toll on you...

We were thinking of emailing the DS-3032 but now I'm not sure if I want to risk it since I think we will have the paper one this week anyway. If we express mail it back then it should be there in a few days and they can't complain about it since its their own form.
I really need to think about this. :/
What do you guys think? Do these rejections worry you about emailing this form?

People were getting rejected because their emails were not formated correctly per the NVC's new request. James Shortcuts have been updated for the new format. NVC actually prefers you to email them with these type of updates...agent, address change, phone number change. I would HIGHLY suggest you email them. This is not a JS standard...its an NVC standard. Its perfectly acceptable to email them the DS3032....its speeds up your case and helps the environment.

Marlita,
Good to know. We talked about it and she wants to at least wait until the paper form arrives (at least to me). When I called on Monday they said they were sending it out later this week. Can you believe that? We were entered into the system on the 15th and they are only now getting around to mailing the forms! :(
Anyway, it will just depend on how she feels about emailing it. She said she didn't have a good feeling about it so I don't know which way we will go. At any rate she has decided to move over by the end of September so we have a little time, though I don't want to push it too much.
I paid my AoS fee bill online and just printed my I-864 cover letter so I can get that done and sent in. I will pay the IV bill online too so that should make things a bit quicker anyway.
Thanks for your help everyone! :)

Hi Sarudoshi I think you have to wait until the status on the AOS says PAID then you can print that cover sheet and I believe it takes about 2-3 days per NVC online site. Hope that helped you stay calm

Nita is correct. You must wait a few days (as it states on the website) for the transaction to be processed and for the status to say "PAID". Then you will be able to print the cover letter / cover sheet (same thing).

I suspect you are correct. I created email addresses for my wife and daughter and sent the emails from those accounts as if from the beneficiaries directly. Just seemed to make sense, since the form requires their signature.
They named me agent of choice. You don't get to name yourself agent of choice in their behalf.
