Can anyone suggest a good document service to the Ukraine. I was just planning on Fed Ex but thought I would ask first.

why not ask your fiancee which ones serve his area - like DHL, UPS etc. I used Fed Ex for sending docs to Colombia and they got them there in two days (yes extra charges for that - about $50). Good luck
