Hi to all, i called Delbros today 02-339-2761 asking if my documents has been verified, and they tell me that they are just responsible for the delivery of the visa and that they have no access about the document verification (???)...they tell me that i should rather call the usem and they give me this # 1-909-101-7878 (the number i called to scheduled my interview)...then i did called this # and the usem call center operator at the immigrant visa unit tells me that once i received a confirmation from Delbros (This is to acknowledge the deposit you made etc...) theres no need to confirm if my docs has been verified as well as to fax the receipt to the usem immigrant visa unit, just bring the receipt at the time of the interview...that's all they said to me...
I'm just confused... as i've read some of the story here in vj that we need to confirm if our docs has been verified and for that it all went well at the time of the interview and no more waiting for you're docs to be verified.
So what was the real score about this document verification???

Did you asked to be transferred to Document Verification Deparment?

she (call center agent) transferred me to the immigrant visa unit and told me that they are the one who handled the document verification, and then they told me that there's no need to confirmimg my docs as long as i received a confirmation from delbros.

I've called Delbros this afternoon and asked to be trasferred to their Document Verification Department..
Then I asked the person who answered me about the status of my payment.
He asked me my case number, name, and date paid...
I paid last March 25...
Then he told me that it will be forwarded to the NSO this April 14.
So It means that they will start the process by April 14.
But I will still call them on April 15 to check the status of my payment.

I called Delbros yesterday to inquire if they notified the USE that that Lizel had paid her doc. verification fee on 3/28. The lady that answered the phone asked for our case number and I gave it to her. She responded with, "Not Yet Here” I am not sure what that ment. Lizel did call on 4/2 and they verified that payment was received. After that she told me to call the USE at 1-909-101-7878 and basically would not answer any additional questions. I asked at least 4 times if they notified the USE of the doc payment and all she would say is call the USE. I plan to call Delbros back today and ask for the Document Verification Department. Reading all the posts, there are lots of VJ members that are getting delayed because Delbros or the USE is simply not doing their job in the proper manner. I plan to keep calling everyday, until the proper steps have been put into motion.

if all the call center does is transfer you to the Immigration Unit..save yourself the peso's and call them directly.

mine too., Robbie said, they already informed USEM with my payment and they will forward my docs on April 14..

I will call them too on the 15th... to verify..

My fiancee called today and they told her the samething. She wil be calling on the 15th also.

He said, they will forward my docs to NSo on april 15 to verify and then forward my verified docs to USEM of course via delbros ... they should be fast grrrrrr coz my interview is same as urs it's on april 22 na... let's see..


But when I got my birth certifcate and Cenomar online they are fast, 1 day only for BC and 4 days for CEnomar..

Hope they will verify right away and then delbros will forward right away to usem...

april 14 I mean... not 15.

My Fiancée called today. I kept forgetting to remind her, or sometimes she didn't have enough load (I would have called but all attempts I made they couldn't understand me or hung up on me). Well they told her they already sent it to NSO March 31. So things are looking good here

I called DELBROS earlier [(02) 3392761 local 104] and I was told by Mr. Robbie (the one in charge with doc. verification) that they are still waiting for the embassy to send the document verification request for me. he said they only receive payments and then inform the embassy that payment was made and then they wait for the embassy to send document verification request to them before they could forward it to NSO.

I called the embassy direct line[(02) 3001-2000 ext. 5184] and was told that all further inquiries should be directed to the call center... maybe they don't earn much when we call them direct:(

i will ask Ricky to call again USEM call center Monday using the PIN and will follow up with DELBROS after. I still have a month before interview but i guess with doc. verification its never too early.

Well like so many other we were told to call on the 15th and we did and guess what? We were told to call again on the 21st. This is BS im sick of these people at Delbros. They say they will send everything on April 14th and then April 21st they just dont care if they are playing with other feelings. Anyone get the same when they called?

Just called Delbros and was told to call back in 5 mins the one person working in doc. verification was on lunch. you got to be joking, they only have 1 person working in this departmant. This company is such a piece of S--T. Im so sick of these people. They just dont care
