It has now been 120 days and we have not heard or recieved any information since. 
Should we be concerned about this amount of time or is this normal? 
If this is not normal should I contact immigration services?

We recieved our first NOA1 on January 7, 2008 with an assigned case number, from the Vermont Center. It has now been 120 days and we have not heard or recieved any information since. Should we be concerned about this amount of time or is this normal? If this is not normal should I contact immigration services?

According to USCIS, you could be waiting for 6 months. It may come sooner, but if you have not heard by then, I would call them

We have recieved a NOA for the I130 so I am assuming that was what my attorney sent. We were married on San Andreas Island. I am assuming that the I129 is for "fiance". Unfortunately I may have been "assuming" way too many things so, at this point I am lost.
