Full Version: Correction to K3 flow chart
Please correct the section of the K3 flow chart that indicates they apply for AP. AP is not needed and is unavailable to K3 visa holders.
If you read the flow chart it states:
"You may also file for your EAD and AP (if K-3 visa expired) at this time."
So basically people may need to file for AP if their K3 is expired.

That's true. I missed the note to that effect.
