HOW AND DO I CHANGE THE ADDRESS OF MY SON IN CHINA. I HAVE SENT AND RECEIVED A RECIEPT FOR AN I-130. IT SEEMS TO ME THE ONLINE CHANGE OF ADDRESS IS GEARED FOR THE PETIONER AND NOT THE BENEFICIARY... ANY HELP?
AR-11 is only for Aliens already in the USA.
Wait for I-130 NOA2 and then contact NVC or DOS visa services to update the address on the petition.
