so, checked my mailbox today and found a letter from immigration service center, my case was transfered to CSC!

wonder how many of you, that got the email update, got the same thing in mail too?!

i just hope for good news and faster approval!

says the file transfer to CSC purpose for faster procesing

now they (CSC ) aprove february 2007 i check all aproved who got e-mail 4-1.08

I posted this on the other NSC thread too.

Letter in the mail on April 12, 2008, that the application was transferred to CA service center! Notice date was March 27, 2008.

E-mail notice saying it was transferred was received on April 01, 2008 (wthout saying where to). Was touched again April 2. At least the letter offers a location.

Here's the catch: On the letter, under case type it says "CRI89 Approved removal of conditions (I89)."

Do the other letters received regarding the transfer say the same? Does the "Approved" part really mean anything? Please share.

p.s. Online status is still "Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred."

My letter had the exact same wording. I hope it means that the case was appoved :-) but I am not counting on it.

As I mentioned over on the other thread, a bunch of us TSC transferees got that letter with the word "approved" on the top too. It doesn't mean you are approved, as many of us who got the letter got the official approval letter two months later, and some of us still are not approved.

actually i sent my I-751 JUN 2006 and i got notice and extention leter JUN 26 . 2006 after that 9 month i did not hear anything.

so i got second notice march 19 2007 it's says we recived your file march 15 your I551 extended one years ...... and you will get speciftic time biometrics appoitment . and i done with biometrics april 13 2007 .

they account me starting march 15 but i sent my file jun 2006 . what you guys says ! it'a weird is't !

yep. mine says the same thing. I don't think it really means we were approved. if we were, our online status would change.

No letter, no email. I called the USCIS customer service line and was told my wifes 10 year green card had been ordered produced. The online status also changed. USCIS did not communicate with us, we did all the checking.

We filed the I-751 back in March of 2007. Biometrics was within 3 months or less, if I recall. As of April 10th, USCIS reports that my wifes 10 year green card has been ordered produced. A tad more then a year from start to finish.

It should go by date of NOA.

Updated our timeline. Tom got the stamp today in Cleveland, but she would only give a 90 day stamp since she said that it was approved on Saturday April 12th and card production was ordered. She better be right. Online status does not reflect this yet.

Just got my card in the post today. Wahay!

We finally received the 'official' notice in the post yesterday, 4/14. Says exactly the same as everyone else's, and it's dated March 27,2008. Got no where when I tried to call to get an update as the letter instructs. But at least we now know it's in California, and the last time touched, 4/2. Sure wish the word 'approved' on the letter was what it really means....

I think approval of transfer not actually approval of sending the card, I am so sick of USCIS i just want my damn card, I filed since june 2007 and then on april My file was transferred to California, I called the automated system to make sure , it said the same as online pending at which office was transferred , called my attorney, and he had an attitude he said you have to wait there is nothing i can do, I am so frustrated why will i wait if others filed after me and got approved before me , I don't wanna wait anymore, Give me what i paid for, I want my Green Card, they transferred our files to CSC and strarted approving some application in the first week of april, they they stopped, even california also forgot about us, and yeahh yo can't have request done about your file until you wait 180 days from the transfer date....

I am not an attorney and I definitely don't have a bad attitude , but I agree w/ your attorney that we just need to wait a little bit longer. At least we are no longer at NSC. We've been transferred to CSC for merely 2 weeks now. Also, remember that there are a lot more people out there who originally applied at NSC around the same time as us and NOT a member of this forum. So, how do you know they stop working just because there's nobody approved in this forum? If you search some case numbers close to your number, you will see they are on the same boat as us.

Why don't you use the other thread about NSC claims that transferred to CAlifornia, I just updated with the last informations and it includes people whose files were transfered from NSC to CAL , it is easier for you and for us so we can all keep updated, it is calles the NSC is USCIS LYING something like that , check it out and CONGRATULATIONS TAMMY I AM HAPPY FOR YOU , Hopefully they will get to mine and the others soon

Don't worry I never got the email, But I got the letter, So you will get either email, letter, or your case online will change, One of these 3 will do.
