Hello,

I do not know how to fill out this section for the son of my fiancee who will be traveling with her. He is 10 years old and I am pretty sure that I have to fill out a separate DS-156 for him. I'm not sure if I should select (yes, fiance, USC) on his form? Even though I am obviously not his fiance. Please help...

thank you,
SJ

They are asking if any of those people are already in the US or USCs or Permanent residents. Assuming you are the only person in her family that is in the US, all will be answered NO, except for the one labeled fiance/fiancee. On that one you will list fiance and YES.

The question is not concerning who is traveling with her. Only who has status in the US.
