I just want to find out what the estimated adjudication date mean when you look at your timeline. Is it the date until the NOA2 or is it the estimated date when the beneficiary recieve his K1 visa?

thru the approval process, not the interview period

If I understand you currectly then the processing time you are referring to is the time until your NOA2 is approved.
