Hi, I got my visa Sept 06, 2007, and my greencard last month now I want my son to follow. He is included in my K1 petition. What should I do? Don't know where to start. Help please.
If he was included on your K1 you should be able to get a K2 for your son as long as he is under 21 and not married. You will have to contact the consulate and they will send a packet 3 to your son and set up an interview.
