When a case is reviewed (touched) if they want further evidence or something is missing will they have this in the update (where it tell you 30 to 90 days) or will they send request by mail???

If your online status changes it wont tell you exact details, you will have to wait on snail mail for that. If there is no update in that section but your case has been touched all it means is they did something with it, looked at it, whatever.

Do you think that if three was something missing they would have already after 3 review's asked for it or do they wait till the last minute before the 90 days to request missing information?????????????

'touched' does not necessarily mean reviewed. Something happened, but who can be sure what it was? I've noticed that one of my wife's applications was 'touched' months after it was approved.
