1. In James shortcuts for the DS-230 cover sheet under where you are supposed to change the agent name it gives an address:

[Agent Name]
123 Main Street
Anytown, USA 12345

Even though the shortcuts didn't state this, I assume that the address should be changed to the agents address that was sent in on the DS-3032?? Perhaps a silly question but I'm not one for taking chances. laughing.gif

2. What is the "Invoice Identification Number'? I am assuming it is a number that will be on the AOS and IV Fee Bills. Is this number the same for both fee bills?

I am asking because I read on the NVC site that you can pay both fees at once (combined using one check), but I was curious as to how this could be possible unless both fee bills have the same invoice number on them.

Edited to add: If the Invoice number is different for both fee bills, does this mean that you have to wait to recieve both of them before you can pay for them with one check?

Thanks for the help.

You do have to fill out your information for the letter even if it doesn't stated.

You can pay the $70.00 I-864 fee but you cannot pay the Visa Bill yet because, per the shortcut, NVC generates a random number so you can't send it until you have the actual bill. I read a thread of an attempt to generate it but it didn't work out and it ended up delaying the very courageous member about a month.

I haven't seen a thread that tells you to send both the $70 and $400 in at the same time...

By the way, I think if you send the IV bill early, it actually delays your case.

the combine check could be wrong.
yes you have to change the address to match your agent address
If you attempt to send to send in IVBill fee be prepare to wait for 1-3 month longer.
(indianheart) attempt and stil waiting for his/her case to complete at nvc.
he/she send it in feb 11 same time as mine. and mine was complete long ago.
