I bet that there are a lot of frustrated people out there going through what I am going through. I sent my I129F application in January and I got NAO1 letter on January 30th. I haven't heard from them since. It seems that mine was touched once on a Sunday "WEIRD". I just want to make sure that some people out there are in the same boat as me.

No, there is no way to expedite unless there is some sort of medical emergency.
It takes anywhere from 4 to 6 months to get NOA2.
Some people have been very lucky and gotten very quick approvals but...don't get your hopes up.
It took us just over 3 months for ours and I feel very very lucky to even have it.
You did file with Vermont which is generally speedier than California so feel lucky for that.
Be patient and think of others who have filed in September of 2007 and are still waiting for NOA2.

If there's anything in life that will teach patience, this is it. Take a look at my timeline, you'll see that I went MONTHS with no touches. It is very frustrating. Even more so because I was sent an RFE and I overnighted the info back to them immediately. The RFE packet said that it could take up to two MORE months before a decision is made.
Sooooooo, just be patient. There is a long road ahead, and remember that it will take time.

I understand what you're going through, as I sent my petition on November 1st, received the NOA 1 on November 8th, and then got the NOA 2 on March 10th. However, you just recently sent yours in, it hasn't even been three months yet, and I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you could be waiting awhile longer. I know it SUCKS so much and it seems unbearable, but you WILL get through it like almost everyone else does. You just have to think positive, and hopefully good things will happen for you.
In terms of expediting the process, no there is no way, otherwise everyone else would be expediting their petitions as well. There's no need for you to worry as you just RECENTLY sent your petition in.

I received my NOA1 January 23 and not one touch yet. Just have to have patience but being out of VSC you have a better chance of hearing earlier looks like

Hello, you are a January VSC filer like us. We do have a january filer thread and also 2 January CSC filer threads and 1 January VSC filer. our thread have been very active in the past months cheering every approval and encouraging those who are still waiting but it is slowly slipping back due to the apparent slump in the VSC approvals

I guess that I got lucky because I applied January 19th, got my NOA2 March 11, and got my Fiancee's Moscow appointment on April 2. The only thing I had going for me was going to the VSC and doing exactly as the many VJ checklists told me to do so luckily, there were no RFEs. Like everyone else said, try to keep patient. If you meditate, now is a good time to do it. If you don't know how to meditate, try to learn it because it may distract you from your current frustration.
