we are scheduled appointment by 9am, we woke up around530am, and left the house around 7am, got there 820am, we payed 160 fare going to the embassy ( back and fourth), i thought we are not going to be called because its already past 10am and my daughters name haven't been called yet.

waiting,, questions by the filipina consulate -- school records of mario, western union transfer ( to testify his here during conception), our passports, the medical record book,

we passed the filipina consulate she loves my daughter.. and didnt asked too much questions
( how did you meet? how long you known each other? medical history of sophia, asked if we have pending visa-- yes)
paid $150, c1 window and hand the receipt to window E. waited the name to be called.

american consulate --11am ( bad ###### lady) she asked silly questions, not related to the american history of sophia and mario

racist lady coz marios' full blood spanish but his parents are both american citizens ( parents are natural blood spanish)
she doesnt even look, fixing her hair and necklace the whole time shes asking question
we notice she was nice to american parents except filipinos she even said to the old filipina lady "whats that in your hand, looks grose, guess its contagious skin disease" -- rude, pathetic

to us, she said (3 seconds delay) because i changed sophia diaper, she said what took u so long? i already called ur name, and then my daughter started crying, she said "can you make ur baby stop crying its irritating"

i submitted everything but she still put sophias case under administrative review since i have to submit additional 2 more years evidence of mario staying in america ..

after that hopefully were done. mad.gif hope this aware this lady under window A under american citizen services.. well wish us luck !! poor daughter of mine. blink.gif unsure.gif crying.gif

Hi LostGirl19,

So sorry to hear of how rude the American Consul was to you and your daughter. We also had a real "piece of work" idiot male American Consul. He was just so damn arrogant and flippant..itreally pissed me off. But, in the end, all went well for us.

I hope your daughter's case will get resolved soon and that you will have a more civil and polite consul next time. Good Luck!!

Warm Regards,
Samby

its really sad however, im not loosing hope i called my father in law and told him to call my husband's school to ask for records that he stayed in america after his 14th birthday at least 5 years. i have all his records however this lady is very crucial and very detailed. i told her that all paperworks and pictures were all washed out during the hurricane,, ( she dont have the heart) sorry guys but if only i dont have pending paperwork and my daughters visa passport, i could have shouted and cursed her or i saw her outside the premise i could have put the diaper with #### on her face ( shes rude to my daughter and my husband) argh !! shes getting on my nerves. she looks around 2o-30's blonde lady gurl... oh well , i pray that everything goes well, though she didnt say were denied or something they just need more evidence of my husband's stay in united states.
----> now im more scared if lucky i get my cr1 appointment date, she might also underestimate me,, oh no!!! im traumatized now... LORD guide me and my family.. thanks everyone, ill keep u updated on this matter
