I spit toothpaste and then wipe face. Apparently this is better as otherwise you're just immediately rinsing away the fluoride so it's of lesser benefit. I doubt it really matters, though.
yeah, I asked that because I was taught to rinse my mouth, and I don't remember seeing anyone doing the other way around. But since I've been in the States, I've seen on tv all the time people just spitting the toothpaste and not rinsing, so I wonder if that's an american thing.
As for the food, maybe I should've separated food from beverage. My answer, obviously, was beer, cuz beer is pretty much empty calories so if I could drink as much as I wanted without gaining an ounce I would love that. Other than that I'd probably pick pizza, but pizza still has vitamins and good stuff for your body, so you can just control your intake and if you eat too much it has nutrients, for me it's not as bad as gaining weight from food/bev that doesn't benefit your health in any way.
