hi! my husband is a US citizen and we were married just last february 26, 2008. We are planning to apply for a K-3 visa. But we want to know first after the K-3 visa is approved is there a time limit for entering the US?
I hope to get an answer as soon as possible because we want to apply hopefully this month.
