Does anyone know the best way to reach the consulate? I was sent packet three and given a number in Italy to call. my fiance can call but it is $1.50 euro per minute and if he uses cell phone the number could be blocked( it is equivalent to the toll free number.. but very expensive) I can call but it is 15 euro per call.. If I dont get through it seems really expensive.. Any advise on what works best?
