The underlying assumption (if you take this seriously) in this poll is of racial superiority. That a hybrid would be somehow generally inferior (in terms of intelligence etc) than a normal human being.

This is probably why whenever science fiction deals with the issue of part-human hybrids, the resulting creatures are usually involved in some form of slavery. In fact, its a bit of a cliche.

Technically when we eat beef, we are collecting the cow amino-acids and using it to build our protein structures. Essentially, we are hybrids most definitely.
