So i just checked my status online and i found out that my case was transferred. It doesn't say where, is that normal?
It says: Tha blah blah case was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office.

you know, in my head, im just happy it has been removed from sleeping Nebraska!!!

This is the second part of the message... you must have missed the first part that indicated the service center...

...look in this thread: "New processing times, is the USCIS LYing?" and start with the last page.

no, that is the only message i got. really. that's weird.

I too got exactly the same thing today. Says mine got transferred too from Nebraska but didn't say where. I am assuming my district office?? So I looked up Seattle processing times and there is nothing on there for this kind of petition. Oh well........... at least it got moved so I feel a bit of hope now of getting it sooner rather than later.....

I think everybody got an email from NSC. I checked mine and a few numbers close to my number, all say the case has been transferred to a USCIS office.

I hope this doesn't mean it's being transferred from a basement or storage to the actual office, but still stuck at NSC. Just kidding...!!!

i just hope it is not some sort of scam email to make us all feel better. you know, all of us that have been waiting for longer than we were supposed to. I hope they are actually starting to work on our petitions.
