Quick Question: My husband to be is an Ohio resident so i am correct in saying we will be using the Vermont Service Center when we file for our K-1??
Full Version: Which is my service center
It's on your I-129F form. Mine says that Ohio falls under the California Service Center.

My fiance is from Michigan and our lawyer filed our paper in California Service Center......Ohio is just next to Michigan......

Yes and Texas stretches farther to the west than Michigan but they file in Vermont....
