Just checked my online status and today I was touched. It might have something to do with me filing N-400 2 weeks ago but who knows.

raymaga
Hopefully yours will move along faster than mine has.

Good luck.

How did you find out that you have been transferred to CSC? I also checked mine online status but it does not say anything about if its moving to CSC (Service Center) or the local office. All it says that is : It has been transferred to the office.

It dosent say anything about being transferred, it just says it is at the California Service Center where it used to say NSC.

Wow, things might be moving a bit after all. I just checked ours and we were touched today and just like the statement above, This case is at our CALIFORNIA Service Center. Although we are signed up for automatic updates we did not receive an email about anything from them. I only checked our status after reading this thread. Thanks for posting, I don't often check anymore, it was getting tooooooo depressing..... whistling.gif

So was mine - e-mail had come in 11 pm EST! But, now I do not even know where the application is!!

The CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office.

Then the e-mail goes on to say processing dates can be checked at the website. Hmmm.... at an unspecified USCIS office! I do not know which is worse, knowing it is stuck at NSC, or not knowing where on earth they sent it to.

I did submit a petition to our senator's office 3 weeks ago. Coincidentally, I called his office this morning because I had not heard anything. Was just told it could take several weeks because they have so many immigration complaints. Or, maybe it could be because his office might be busy running for office mad.gif

At least, some papers got shuffled somewhere!!

I thought that once you filed for N-400, your I-751 file was moved to your local office? Can anyone verify that?
It's Melvin

No -- however, if your I-751 is still pending at the time of your N-400 interview, it will then generally be adjudicated at the local office.

Ours was touched and moved too, doesn't say where it was moved.

Thanks for the clarification, James. If we are lucky we will have our N-400 interview within 4 months of filing. Things are pretty quiet here in Montana...I hope.

cal, I got the same exact email this morning..... after getting the same online case status notice you did. Yeah, 'process in the order we receive them', but from what point from where??? Maddening and confusing....
