Does anyone know the answer to the following Q's

1. Do the benefiacy's kids need to be present for the physical examination
2. Are the benefiacy's kids "baptismal" certificates really necessary? If there are valid birth certificates in place.

Thank you

1. Yes, the children need a physical examination but no lab work. At least when my husband went to see Dr. Roa, there were several children getting tested as well.

2. Yes, the Baptismal certificates are necessary as a back up document of the birth certificate. If they don't have one for whatever reason, there is a document that needs to be signed at a notary confirming that there isn't a Baptismal certificate in existence. You can find an example of this in the Colombian Club thread in the Foreign Embassy forum: Colombian Club thread
